This press is designed to cut non-metallic materials by punching process.

This press is designed to cut non-metallic materials by punching process,mainly used for rubber productsplastics products and leather products.It will be designed to use hydraulic system and machinery system according to customer needs.

  A cutting press mainly consists of motor, bridge,UP/DOWN movement table, stent,safety barrage,cylinder,hydraulic power pack,electrical control system etc.

1.The press is equipped with reverse motion bridge and UP/DOWN movement table .Hydraulic version with 2 cylinders in series.

  2.The bridge is operated by a dual stem lateral hydraulic cylinder.Guiding is achieved through a shaft-gear-chain system.

  3.The Up/DOWN movement table is driven through an original hydraulic system,consisting of tow cylinders arranged in Master-Slave configuration.

   4.The self-contained hydraulic power pack,located in an ideal position,is integrally made of standard elements.

 5.Press automation is ensured by a programmable controller(PLC) with analog inputs .

 6.A touch-screen control desk(optional extra) allows operators dialogue.

  7.All controls are situated at press front end ,and an immaterial safety barrage of approved design protects the working area.

  8.The powered setting system allows quick tool changes.

  9.Punch setting allows accurate cuts within 1/10 of a millimeter.

  10.Bridge reverse movement is adjustable.
