The equipment is used for storing,conveying,metering solid massive,power,liquid materials and charging into mixer.

Upstream equipment for internal mixer mainly consists of pneumatic dual-pipe CB conveying system (or unloading CB/powder flexible containers/bag to day-bins on the 4th floor of mixing workshop);weighing devices for CB(powders),oils and compounds;storage and conveying system for oils;and computerized control system etc.Not only processing controlling,but also production management,materials management and quality tracing can all be realized by the upstrean equipment system.

1.     Weighing system

  Accurancy and stability of the scales are insured by adopting electronic digital ones.

2.     Compound scale

  Special modules and protection measures are designed to avoid damage to the sensors from impact and lateral force.Both automatic compound scale and manual operating compound scale are available.

3.     Carbon black scale

  CB(powders) scale mainly consists of  weighing hopper and digital instruments,including feeding device(e.g.screws),hopper body,discharging valve,indicators and automatic control system etc.Inverter tehnology is used to realized variable speed,i.e fast feeding,slow feeding and touch feeding during feeding process to insure both rapidity and accurancy.Vibrating cylinders in the hooper are designed to vibrate inner liner of the hopper to avoid residence.

4.     Oil scale

  Oil scale is also automatic one as CB scale.Fast and slow feeding could be chosen to insure accurancy,and electrici heating or steam heating system is designed to get oil viscosity lower for reducing oil residence on vessel inner surface.

5.     Chemical weighing machine

  This chemical weighing machine is designed to weigh small chemical ingredients for mixer.Both fully automatic and semi-automatic types are available.
